UL224

UL224 authentication with temperature 105℃ and voltage 300V and 600V. Since it is possible with no cross-link, the cost is low and available in different fields.

VW-1、F Mark

Authentication No.E81260, F Mark(Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law) compliant. The most strict standard of fire resistant could be VW-1. It requires for tube will not burn more than 1 minute.

Features of the product

  • Do not turn white
    The normal halogen-free tube will turn white when bend it, but ECO-01 tube.

  • Abrasion Resistance
    The high abrasion resistance of ECO-01 is used for wiring which is required durability.
  • Abrasion Test
    1. Cut the tube with 1.35kg blade, 1 time per second. 2. Measuring the number of seconds before the tube is torn and the tester is conductive.

  • Lightweight
    The proportion of weight is, PVC about 1.33 : ECO-01 about 1.06, ECO-01 is lighter than PVC
  • Low Cost
    Since cross-link is not required by ECO-01, the cost of ECO-01 is lower than our halogen-free tube with UL224 authentication.
